These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at fronte.ai (the "Site"), operated by Fronte, fronte.ai Inc. ("Fronte," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms cover use of the Site itself. Our paid services are governed by the separate Client Service Agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to fronte.ai Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without our written permission. Ownership of customer websites and materials is addressed in the Client Service Agreement.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and accessing them is at your own risk.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fronte and fronte.ai Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fronte, fronte.ai Inc., and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Manitoba for any dispute.
