This Client Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between Fronte, fronte.ai Inc. ("Fronte," "we," "us," or "our"), and the individual or business that subscribes to a Fronte plan (the "Client," "you," or "your"). By subscribing to a plan or using our services, you agree to this Agreement.
Fronte provides managed website services, which include designing, building, hosting, and maintaining a website for your business, along with the features and level of support described in the plan you select. We use a combination of our own technology, including AI-assisted tools, and a human team who reviews and approves work before it goes live.
The specific features, monthly fee, and any promotional pricing are those shown for the plan you select at signup. There is no setup fee. The Starter plan includes up to 5 pages and the Pro plan includes up to 12 pages; pages beyond 12 are an additional $10 per month each. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are stated in Canadian dollars unless noted otherwise. Applicable taxes are added where required. We may change plan pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice, and any change will not affect your current billing period.
Plans require a minimum commitment of three (3) months. After the minimum term, your plan continues on a month-to-month basis and renews automatically each month until cancelled in accordance with this Agreement.
You may cancel your plan at any time after the minimum term by giving thirty (30) days' notice. Your website will remain live through the end of your current billing period. On cancellation, we will provide an export of your site's content and assets so you can take them elsewhere. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Delays in providing content or feedback may affect delivery timelines.
During the build, revisions are included as described in your plan. After launch, website changes and content edits are handled according to your plan, whether through managed change requests or, on plans that include it, the Custom Content Management System that lets you edit your own content. Requests outside the scope of your plan may be quoted separately.
While you are a subscriber, your website is hosted on the Fronte platform, which is designed to work with our management and update tools. Continuous hosting on our platform is part of the service and is included in your fee.
You own the content you provide and the final published website we deliver for your business. Fronte retains all rights to its underlying platform, content management system, templates, code frameworks, tools, and know-how used to build and operate websites, including any improvements to them. We grant you a license to use these as part of the service for as long as you are a subscriber. You grant us a license to use your content and materials as needed to provide the service, and to reference your business and display your website as an example of our work unless you ask us in writing not to.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. If a payment fails or is late, we may suspend the service until payment is resolved. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.
We provide the services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability. We do not warrant that the services or your website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim under this Agreement will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Each party agrees to protect the other's non-public business information shared in connection with the services and to use it only as needed to perform or receive the services.
Either party may terminate this Agreement if the other materially breaches it and does not fix the breach within fifteen (15) days of written notice. We may suspend or terminate the service immediately for non-payment or misuse.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba.
This Agreement, together with the plan details at signup and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services. We may update this Agreement with reasonable notice, and continued use of the services after an update means you accept it.
